Shipping policy

1. Processing & Handling

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Pre-Orders: Items marked as "Pre-Order" will ship on or around the date specified on the product page. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available.

  • Business Days: Our "Haus" operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

3. Shipping Responsibility & Fees

  • Return Shipping: As noted in our Return & Exchange Policy, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanging an item.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. S.I.A.F HAUS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: S.I.A.F HAUS is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a workplace if you are concerned about package safety.

4. International Shipping

At this time, we [ship within the U.S. / ship internationally]. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to their order.

5. Order Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed.

Pre-Order Policy & Timeline

Secure Your Style Early. By placing a pre-order, you are securing your pieces before the official S.I.A.F HAUS launch on June 12. This ensures you get your preferred size and colorway before the general public release.

  • Pre-Order Window Opens: May 11

  • Pre-Order Window Closes: May 21 at 11:59 PM EST

Shipping & Fulfillment: To ensure every piece meets our quality standards before the full release, please allow approximately 17–29 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.
