Refund policy
At S.I.A.F HAUS, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Because we operate on a limited-release and pre-order basis to ensure exclusivity and luxury, our policy is as follows:
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds to the original method of payment. We encourage you to review our size guides and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Exchanges
We want you to love your fit. We accept exchanges for a different size or a different item of equal value, provided the following conditions are met:

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Tags: The original S.I.A.F HAUS tags must remain attached. Items returned without tags will be sent back to the customer.

Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping & Fees

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our Haus. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages. Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Restocking: Once your exchange is inspected and approved, we will process your new shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item or the wrong order, please contact us at hello@siafhaus.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
